This project was created to inspire teachers to use technology in engaging ways to help students develop higher level thinking skills. Equally important, it serves to motivate district level leaders to provide teachers with the tools and training to do so.

I wish my school and my students had the money for computers for all students. With next year textbook adoption and the district saying they will only adopt 50 new books per classroom for grades 9-11, I feel like technology and blogging is at the back of my mind as a teacher.
My students have cell phones, but MAYBE half have computers at home. None have 3G phones.
I have to wonder, is this ad focused towards an affluent school district? Because I just do not feel like it is feasible to have technology training when the school district is cutting cost with books.
The problem with schools is two fold. on one hand, the school board cutting the money for things like updated books as well as new technolgy. and on the other, teachers that don't encourage their students tothink and above all question.
