So much for a fair education. About the only thing positive from this story, is the math lesson students learned about fractions. If 14 students vote to kick a pupil out of class, and 2 students vote against it, what are the odds that the teacher will soon be out of a job?

The teacher should be fired for emotional abuse and have her license revoked. If I were the parent of this scarred child, I would get a really good lawyer and sue. My sympathy goes out to this child. This teacher should have redirected him in a postive way instead of emotionally abusing him.
This is a great lesson for the other kids in class...that when you have problems with someone, you eliminate them.
