Story: 11-year-old was dealing marijuana at his school
He was caught when the cafeteria lady suspected something was up after he paid for lunch everyday with a $20 bill he pulled out of a rubber band wad. That, and his mom was wondering why he always wanted her to put plastic baggies on her grocery list.
