Recent research indicates that the number one way to single out gang members, is determining who is shaving their eyebrows to look alike. People have been cutting lines in their eyebrows for years. We're not saying that it doesn't look ridiculous, but it certainly isn't threatening. The real distraction to the learning day will come when they all come back to school with bald spots above their eyes.
